1. General Return Policy

Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase. A proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Item Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unperfumed, and in original condition with all original tags (including Heychic hangtags) attached.

Processing Time: Returns are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your returned items.

Refund Method: All eligible returns will be refunded in the form of store credit only.

Final Sale Items: Items marked as “FINAL SALE” are not eligible for return or exchange. Any final sale items returned will be sent back at the customer’s expense.

Return Shipping: $9.95 return label fee will be deducted from your store credit.

Return Label: Please contact our Customer Care team to request a return label.

Non-Refundable Charges: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
2. Non-Returnable Items (Due to Hygiene and Safety)
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene, health, or operational reasons:

Underwear and any items with hygiene seals (e.g., swimwear, bikini bottoms, one-pieces)

Headwear

Items sold individually as part of a set (e.g., bikini tops or bottoms)

Jewellery (including earrings, rings, bracelets, necklaces)

Gift cards
3. Return of Faulty or Incorrect Items

4. Exchange Policy
Heychic does not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or item:
